I recently purchased a used Jeep Cherokee from Kendall Ford in Bozeman, and I had a pretty smooth experience overall. Corbin was our sales representative, and I must say, he was awesome to work with. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely seemed to care about finding the right vehicle for us. Corbin answered all our questions, and he made the entire sales process as stress-free as possible. The sales process itself was straightforward and efficient, which is something I greatly appreciate. I didn't feel pressured or rushed into making a decision, and Corbin made sure we had all the information we needed to make an informed choice. Now, regarding the condition of the car, it wasn't meticulously clean when we picked it up, which was a bit of a letdown. However, the most important thing is that the vehicle is working just fine. It's running smoothly and meeting our needs perfectly. Overall, I'm giving a 4/5 star rating because, while the sales process and Corbin's assistance were top-notch, the condition of the car left a bit to be desired... although it had 45K miles so it's understandable. Nevertheless, I'm happy with my purchase and confident in the vehicle's performance. Thanks to Corbin and the Kendall Ford team for their help!
Mark St John quickly found me a 2023 bronco when there was little availability. Contacted him Monday, drove it home Friday! Educated me on the car, introduced me around the dealership, Pleasure to work with. Having fun with the car, thanks Mark
Purchased a vehicle here and it was a great experience. This was my first time buying a new new car and I was really excited. Nolan helped us pick out the perfect Bronco Sport and we are thrilled! Nolan was super helpful and knowledgeable. He created a relaxing environment where we did not feel pressured or uncomfortable and that let us make a clear decision. We had been shopping around for a while and while other dealerships had comparable pricing and vehicles, this dealership had the best experience with the sales team. I was very satisfied with my entire experience there with the other staff members as well. I will definitely return when I decide to purchase another vehicle.
I had a great experience buying my truck. Since then, it all has gone downhill. Each time I went in for an oil change/maintenance, the quick lane service team seemed very confused about services needing to be done and what is covered by my warranty. Every time my truck came out of there, there seemed to be some issue including damage to my ABS sensor after changing my brake pads. Not to mention, the staff tried to gaslight me and tell me that it was my fault, when clearly they were the ones that last worked on the truck right before the issue. There is always at least 2 months of wait time for the simplest tasks. The final straw was when I was last in for maintenance as well as fixing my windshield wipers - the scheduling person from the service/parts department was quite rude, the quicklane did not have me scheduled in their books despite that it was confirmed a week earlier, and I spent an additional 3 hours while waiting on the staff to figure out my warranty coverage. No costs were disclosed to me prior to payment, and it was well over then I expected. Overall a pretty horrible experience.
Update 17October2023: Bumped review up to 3 stars because Don Olson the service manager, reached out and didn't make excuses (they own the problem of being 3 months out on service work) asking if anything could be done to help. That ship sailed the day I was told they couldn't even diagnose my engine issues until January, but I do appreciate being contacted and will likely try them again in the future if my vehicle survives the independent repair shop. Hopefully they will be able to reel in their backlog. I still contend they should stop selling new vehicles for now, I'm certain they don't agree. Original review 13October2023: Well, I can't really say much about their work because you can't get any work done here....they are making appointments in January (in mid October), so if you have a serious issue they are as useful as an Amish electrician. The guy was very apologetic for what that's worth, and he recommended some local shops. But, this place is SHAMELESS if they continue to sell vehicles they cannot service. Just shut it down. To be clear this horrible review is about their "service" department and complete lack of availability. I haven't bought a vehicle since the Bozeman Ford days, but beware about getting service from them if you need it!
