I ordered a new Bronco with Kendall in early 2021 and took delivery in early 2023. I dealt with Mark St. John who made placing the order very easy. Mark was very informative about the process as well as patient when I decided to make various changes to my Bronco's specifications. He kept me informed about all of the details regarding the delay as well as making certain that I did not miss any of the deadlines imposed by Ford for keeping my order current. Many may not be aware of the delivery delay issues with the new Bronco which are based on many different manufacturing problems but these delays are widespread and not restricted to any particular dealer.
When I became aware that my Bronco had (finally!) been built, and then shipped, Mark made certain that I had received the information and he kept me apprised as to the actual delivery status as my Bronco travelled to Bozeman from Michigan. The actual purchase of my Bronco went smoothly and with no surprises. Kendall honored Ford's incentive to early reservation holders such as myself although not all dealers are willing to do that with the new Bronco. Each person I met at Kendall seemed almost as excited about my Bronco being delivered as I was.
Many people I spoke with in two years regarding my waiting period said that I could have gone to another Ford dealer to order my Bronco. In the end I am very glad that I didn't and would recommend that if you're in the market for a Ford, that you visit Kendall, and especially Mark.

Rachel and the team at Kendall Ford helped me get the vehicle I wanted. They were so helpful, explained everything they were doing and the whole process the entire time. And I never felt pressured into any decision, which is BIG to me, especially as a young women.
Along with the Jeep, which I’ve had for 3 months now, came a package that included Oil changes, roadside assistance and all of that. And they gifted me my first fill up and an employee discount on tires. Just got my first oil change today, and the service department is just as helpful and friendly. Just amazing.

I called ahead of time and spoke with Brendan in sales to ask how the inventory was for Superduty’s. I was told there was at least a dozen options. I told him my budget and didn’t want to waste his or my own time as I was driving from Billings. I am glad I made that drive! When I arrived, Brendan was no where to be found, 5-10 minutes later he comes in to greet me and low and behold he was prepping a lineup of trucks for me to view and test drive. On top of that he had 3-4 premium trucks that fit exactly in my budget. We test drove trucks, did some research on which trucks since I would be towing with it and I decided on one. I worked with Peter in finance and he is a great listener and valued the time I had invested driving to and being at the dealership. Negotiations were awesome, and he helped me to understand the loan process and how it all works, as this was my first solo loan. They were able to get me the best terms I wouldn’t have even expected to receive. I would 1000% would RECOMMEND this dealership and even if it is just to look at vehicles go see Brendan and the team there. Overall, I wasn’t bullied, no aggressive sales tactics, no pushy commitments, the ball was in my court I felt like the whole time, which was huge for a first time buyer. Thank you guys for my 2017 F250 Platinum. I will be back for my next one!

Purchased a vehicle here and it was a great experience. This was my first time buying a new new car and I was really excited. Nolan helped us pick out the perfect Bronco Sport and we are thrilled! Nolan was super helpful and knowledgeable. He created a relaxing environment where we did not feel pressured or uncomfortable and that let us make a clear decision. We had been shopping around for a while and while other dealerships had comparable pricing and vehicles, this dealership had the best experience with the sales team. I was very satisfied with my entire experience there with the other staff members as well. I will definitely return when I decide to purchase another vehicle.

If you are looking to buy a car, Nolan is a MUST-ache! In all seriousness, he made the experience of buying a car easy and comfortable without the feeling of being pressured or intimidated. I would definitely buy another car with his assistance.
Andrew and Quincy were also amazing and made it easy to actually purchase the car. Andrew was super friendly, and I can't believe my parents and I forked over extra money for the additional 'coverage' but he explained everything and made cracking my windshield sound exciting. Can't wait to use my coverage!
