Bridgette is the best!! Unfortunately she left to go back home to Indiana. She was awesome. We will miss her!! Thank you Bridgette so much!!

Very impressed. Bridget was not only professional and accommodating but also very proactive. She put a unit on hold for me and called me when she said she would to confirm whether or not we still wanted it. Upon arrival at My Storage LLC offices, I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and well managed the place is. Bridget swept out our unit ahead of time and made sure it was ready for us to start moving stuff in. It was the best customer service I have ever received from a storage rental company and I've used a lot over the last 40 years. I definitely recommend My Storage LLC and have already told my coworkers and friends how great Bridget is.

My experience with this business has been incredibly positive. Our family is new to Bozeman and as we await our home’s completion, we’ve needed a reliable and secure storage solution. What we found is far and above anything I’ve experienced with storage providers in the past. Bridget in particular has helped us find suitable storage and has been so flexible and supportive of our family’s needs. She has gone the extra mile in so many ways - helping us find a larger unit, providing a short term solution for family who needed to store a trailer, even suggesting fun activities for our kids. My experience has been incredible. I’d give the business 10 stars if I could.

We have had a great experience with My Storage. The facility is so easy to navigate around, and much cleaner than others that we've used. The staff have been so helpful and careful about the security of our units! We've had several great conversations, and anytime we needed a new unit, they were more helpful and quick to get us a unit than I would have imagined. Thanks for taking such good care of us when we were in a tight spot!

This business gave us a very bad impression. I would not feel like our things were safe after the interaction I had this week.
We were looking to rent a storage unit. The lady who runs the place, Bridgette, seemed cordial at first, as we were talking on the phone. When there weren't any larger units available, she offered two smaller units that would be coming available, and I said that would work fine for us. Then I asked her if video cameras were working and if the gate was secure, citing the series of poor reviews from last year that had to do with security issues on the premises. If so, that would be all good. But instead, she got very angry and said "I'm so offended right now i almost feel like telling you we have no units. In fact, WE HAVE NO UNITS TO RENT" - then she hung up the phone. I was completely kind, and courteous on the phone on my end. I have no idea why she reacted the way she did, and can only guess that she hates it when anyone asks questions. There was nothing I said that was accusatory, or even negative. It was just a question that I have asked every other storage place, and they have been more than happy to answer. This lady was the only one who responded in this manner.
I don't like to leave things like that, and so I found out who owns the place, so that I could talk with them and hopefully let them know what had happened. His name is Jared. He told me that he would listen to the conversation as they record the phone calls. I was glad about that, because then he would understand the whole interaction. When he called me back, he said that he only can hear "their side" of the conversation, and that Bridgette had told him I was "not happy" that she could only offer us 2 smaller units (was a lie), and that she was frustrated because nothing would make me happy. In fact, on my end, someone else was in the room listening to everything and knows that it was actually the contrary. I was kind, patient, and was grateful that she offered the two units. In fact, right now, I am only posting a review in the hopes that no one I know will risk their belongings to this place. I know that if I was renting a unit at this point, I would fear retaliation because of the volitility of the lady's temperment. At this point in time, I don't think they care to resolve the situation because they know that business is booming. However, we will take our business elsewhere and advise others to do the same until this business (which seems to have a hands-off approach to customer service) seeks to improve the way they relate to the public.
I don't wish this business any harm. But I don't wish my fellow Montanans to have risk to their belongings while in a place that doesn't value how they serve their customers. Maybe eventually, they will improve. But go there with your eyes open.
Note: Only giving 1 star because it won't let you leave a ZERO rating on here. My rating is, in fact, ZERO stars. And also, I now know that the previous negative reviews are accurate in their description of interactions with the person on site. Because mine certainly was the same kind of experience. If this business were to improve or attempt to truly resolve these issues, I would gladly come leave an updated review.
