Education choices can be complicated however the benefits of attending Petra are numerous. The education the children receive is truly unmatched in the valley. That being said, it does come at a price which is worth the cost. Students are held to a high standard and they are encouraged to excel. The teachers are warm, sincere and work diligently to provide an amazing atmosphere for learning each day. The sports program and athletic director are improving every year and the excitement is building. Without a doubt, I am extremely grateful that all four of my children have attended Petra during their schooling years. I would encourage anyone considering Petra to stop by for a visit and sit in a class or two. I guarantee you will leave having learned something!
We are so thankful for this School! Our four kids have been attending Petra for eleven years and have felt challenged, encouraged, loved and supported. Our kids have been challenged to think critically, write persuasively, and articulate clearly. They have been taught to see issues from different perspectives. The teachers and staff at Petra are top notch! They are wonderful role models for our kids. They sacrifice so much by striving to create the best learning environment and they go the extra mile to communicate with parents and students. Our family has been at Petra for 4 years, and each year our children have had the most loving, well-qualified teachers who care for each and every one of their students. Both of my boys look forward to going to school each day, and as parents we love sending them somewhere they are safe and loved.
I have three children attending Petra and I have been extremely pleased with the education and overall development of their character. It was a bit of a transition transferring from Bozeman High and Monforton but my children have really excelled. It has been amazing watching them enjoy learning, how to think for themselves, and how to study. I try and volunteer when I have time and I am amazed how the staff loves and cares for my children. My children will be better prepared for college and life thanks to Petra.
